Development Programs

Corcept’s research and clinical development are focused on antagonizing or blocking the GR-II receptor for cortisol, a hormone implicated in a broad range of psychiatric and metabolic diseases. Today, there are multiple GR-II antagonists in Corcept’s R&D portfolio. Work extends from discovery and advanced preclinical through to Phase 3 clinical development to evaluate the broad potential of this platform and its specific application to a number of metabolic and psychiatric disorders.
